Hollins just proved he's not that great of a coach when he called an iso for Rudy in the last play.

Mr Hollins,

Unlike your bench, sir, your pain runs deep. Share it with me.

Come, walk with me and this too shall pass.

Hes not a crap coach, he turned this team around and did the upset against our Spurs last year. I have alot of respect for him, its just one game.

Hollins seems like a good motivator and his players respond well to him. But he certainly doesn't come across as a brainiac X's and O's guy. (no racist)

This is basically true. He's used African battle cries to motivate Randolph and Gay more than any scrub white coach can, but that's about it.

Motivating a player may work for a game or two or heck a playoff series if you are Doc Riveresque. However in the long run, you won't accomplish squat.

There is a reason why coaches like Avery Johnson, Del Negro, Van Gundy Brothers and other so called motivator coaches never really made it big.

Sorry, but if a fat mustached T-Rex on the sidelines flopping around doesn't motive you, nothing does.
