At 8:17 this morning easjer gave birth to a beautiful 7 pound, 9 ounce baby girl. We named her Vivienne. She and her mom are doing just fine. Just thought everyone here might like to know. In light of past ups and downs we played this one a little more closely to the chest in terms of sharing around here, but I am glad to report that this pregnancy has ended with the best possible outcome: with a long term financially draining and physically exhausting poop machine.:toast

Tried to get one of her drinking water but the pediatrician says that's a bad idea. Tried getting one of her with the TV screen showing the final score of game 2 vs. the Jazz but it didn't turn out well. You'll just have to take my word for it.

Since it's gotten updated this morning I'll guess I'll pass along the latest. One week check up was today and all is looking well. Her weight has bounced back nicely after the usual newborn shrinkage, very little fussing through the poking and prodding. We've decided to keep her.
