that's all about perspective. if we're talking like for like - I prefer the American chef...I've eaten in French, English, and Italian kitchens and I wasn't all that impressed. Now in some of the outlier villages the food has an authentic taste but it's not like it's some 5 star experience...same thing with the local food in Africa...some of that shit I could hardly eat and it's supposed to be better since it was from the motherland.

In France they can cook a nice Chicken Cordon Bleu but in Africa they cook it better...still all in all I prefer the American taste...Crepes are ok but not good old fashioned American Pancakes...:lol
