That's besides the point though. Pacquao had 3 fights with one of the better (not the best) technical fighters in the sport and had extreme difficulty. Makes me wonder why he never faught Zab Judah, an even faster fighter on par with Marquez in boxingIQ.

It's pretty safe to assume he sucks against technical fighters, most brawlers do. Like Tyson & Hollyfield and Ali & Frazier/Foreman/Liston. I think RJJ would be the only one that could take on technical and brawling boxers with ease. Although that era was relatively stale with more technical fighters, so I dunno. Pacquaio doesn't look like he's an exception to what is historically common
