Ginobilli is old................

Can't beat OKC without him......

OKC in 6..........................

What a great year though, tony was amazing, Pop brought along the young guys...........Tim was babied.

Spurs were very competitive.

I hope Memphis wins so we can take them out in 5 games! Payback is biatch! That will make losing to OKC more tolerable, sometimes I think about when Timmy D was young and in his prime and when the spurs would play great teams that were older like we are now. The shoe is on the other foot, you can't stop father time!

Manu and Tim have aged gracefully, their heart and desire and effort this year was amazing! It is time for them to ride off into the sunset! Champions for eternity!

Okcs sweep over the mavs is really overrated, they went neck and neck with the 7th seed in 3/4 games, those 3 games could've gone either way. It's not like they picked the mavs apart and cruised to a victory like the spurs have been doing to the jazz.

Plus the spurs match up very well with okc

Why don't we wait and see if both teams make it to the WCF first before we make predictions.

Thunder is good but they are young and unexperienced and they will just lose their heads in the Spurs matchup. We will kick their asses! This is our year. And, Ginobili is gonna wake up when we need him.

These threads are created by fans who are mentally weak and get so caught up in the Spurs that they are doing very little else in life. They are so afraid that the Spurs will lose at some point they try to lesson their emotional attachment by saying I told you so.

This thread is less about an engaging conversation on Spurstalk and more about someone trying to provide self-help therapy.

The Lakers are gaining confidence. I would not be surprised at all if the Lakers give OKC a run for their money.

I would. OKC will run their asses out of the building. As Kenny said, there is experienced and there is old. The Lakers are old.

OKC in six? So, in a span of 2 weeks, they're going to win double the games from us than they have in the past THREE YEARS?

...and slow.

Yes andd Kenny said that about the Mavs. There is a rumor coming out of OKC that Perkins tore his groin. That will make the series a little more difficult for the Thunder.

Ginobili is gonna wake up when we need him.

+1 Manu is still slowly getting back to 100% (Hopefully at least 80% when we meet a legit opponent) Anyways, Manu's game elevates when we need him in big time moments. People should never doubt the heart of a gold medalist, unless your name is Lebron James
