Rose and its not even close. Not that I have anything against Noah, he is a great player and has a great game intensity in addition to what he brings to the court as far as skills. However Rose can literally take over games and will his team to wins. He can and has put that team on his back, and the other 4 Bulls on the court follow suit when that happens.

Plus the Bulls are better suited to replace Noah with the personnel they have on the bench, than they do Rose.
