Spurs and Heat in the Finals. Game 7. 10 seconds left on in Q4. Spurs up by 2, Who is the LAST person that we want on the HEAT to take the GW 3?

Same question for US:

Spurs down by 2. 10 seconds in Q4.

WHO shoots the game/Finals winner?

And WHY do you pick them?

Run a play, and whoever's open gets the shot. 10 seconds is plenty of time for some Pop greaseboard magic.

Iso play would be retarded...LeBron would shut that down.

Who would I pick to get the open set play shot? Neal.

Wouldn't be surprised to see another decoy play and see someone like Diaw be wide open for a three a la 2008.

If we HAD to iso...I like Timmy's chances against Joel Anthony.

the last person I want to take the shot? LeBron.

Dwayne Wade... he is a killer...

Gary Neal... no conscience...

I've never been a fan of the whole "this guy has to take the last shot" mindset. As long as the Spurs ran a good play and someone ended up with a clean look at a shot they're capable of making I don't really care who it is.

I wouldn't want Wade to take the shot for Miami. And for us, give the ball to Neal. 9 times out of 10, Miami would be expecting us to give it to Manu. Spo isn't that intelligent, so he obv wouldn't expect us to give it to Neal.

Lebron James, always the guy you least expect.

Gary Neal, best pure shooter on the team.

Anybody besides Jones, Miller. LeBron wont make it for sure. Spoelstra will draw Wade or LeBron shooting it, if it wasnt catch and shoot situation.

Spurs have many good clutch shooters. I wouldnt mind Manu, Jax, Green or Neal taking it.

We have so many shooters on this team, I would just put Neal, Jackson, Bonner, Ginobili and Diaw throwing the ball in. Whoever is gets open first takes it.

Last guy on the Heat that I would want to take the last shot is Wade, but I would also keep a close eye on Miller.

Wade for the Heat.

Neal for the Spurs.

Of course, we won't have to worry about any of that. Spurs over Heat in 6. :hat

I'd be happy with Obi-Wan Ginobili, Gary Neal, OR Stephen Jackson. He makes love to pressure, I hear.

Neal or Jax for the Spurs!

Lebron for the Heat! Karma would allow that shot to go in! The King would rule over the league for the next 3 years!!!

Jax for the spurs

Lebron for the Heat

Jax is so slow to get his shot off, that alone would make it very risky.

Neal or Manu. Manu might not make the shot but with 10 seconds on the clock he is the BEST player in the NBA to make something good happen for your team, statistically speaking.

Cart before the horse though. Let's finish off Utah and go get LAC/Memphis first.

Guys...
He is Manu Ginobili

Btw, our team is so clutch, so clicking, so deep, I wouldn't mind even if it's a Tiago P&R, a Duncan OfRed, a Tony floater or a Kawhi cut. I am pretty sure, when we will forced to find the best solution, we will find it. This is the most intelligent team in the NBA. Ever.

Wade - Heat
Spurs - Manu driving to the lane or Neal for all the cheese outside

I Heart Ginobili

Bonner to once and for all redeem himself for all his playoff woes. It would be a special moment.

Manu if I had to choose one player, but then again I'd run a play and whoever gets the best look takes the shot. It sounds nice to be able to pick and choose who gets to take the shot, but a lot of the time that might mean A: whoever you want taking the shot might not get a good look or B: trying to force-feed a teammate the ball might cause a stupid turnover and not give you the chance to win. If I'm Miami, Wade's my #1 option at the end of the game, LeBron's #2, and Mike Miller's #3. If all I need is a 2 to tie or win though I'd try to set up a play and kick out to Bosh for a midrange jumper.

LeBron for the Heat. He would make it. Karma. If they go for 3 James or Chalmers are the only ones who can hit a 3 after dribble.

Bonner for us..... karma again... Nah,I'd take Neal or Manu.Same Reason. They can hit a 3 after dribble. If we go for 2 then TD.

Gary Neal is the only player in Spurs history to hit a season-saving buzzer-beater. Didn't save it for long, but still.

I'd hate to have Wade or LeBron take a last second three, especially LeBron. I don't care if he is "unclutch in the 4th" or whatever bullshit like that, it is plausible he hits the final shot.

As for which Spur gets the final shot, Id love to see Manu, Captain Jack, or Neal take that miracle three. All of them have the balls to do it, so let it fly.
