I've never seen even one Spurs finals game... not one second. I'm not assuming they will even get out of the second round, but I was just curious to see how many of you idiots would waste your time watching the Spurs get drubbed in the finals if that miracle happened.

fans who actually know this game should enjoy watching them spurs playing imho. they're the #1 seed two years in a row w/o no superstar but awesome chemistry. just read spurs games & their tactics and you'll learn ALOT more knowledge about this game, if you wanna watch some slam dunks & personal shows you should go for the Heat games and if you enjoy watch them choking, you know which team's game you should attend most tbh

"Hey, peeps! Will you guys watch a potential Spurs Final?

I know most of you are Spurs fans, and that this is a Spurs forum, so I understand this question makes no sense...

Worry not, I'm a Lakers fan posing as a Mavs fan, so I have this under control!"

having watched every playoff game this year i can objectively say there are far more boring teams in the league...heat, lakers being among the top.

with your obsession levels making the OP be on a Spurs forum posting all the time, I truly doubt he has never watched at least one of the parades after the entire series tbh

man....let's pray for a Lakers / Heat finals...this would be epic...like the long awaited Mayweather v. Pacquiaw fight...this would blow away any ratings MJ brought...

Kobe, Lebron, Wade, Gasol, Bosh, Bynum, and Ron Artest....

Pat Riley vs Jerry Buss man it would be epic is ratings and revenue for the league...

the Spurs have the all-time lowest rated finals in NBA history...they would drag Lebron and Wade down...man no one wants to see that shit..even Spur fan would prefer to see a LA / Heat finals vs a Heat / Spur finals...

let's get real....:toast

I'd watch. I'd even root for them if they played the Celtics.

I'd watch if it happened

The score is 16-4 so Spurs can have another if it means LBJ goes back home and cries in D-Wade's arms. If Heat won then it'll put tabs on the GNSF around these parts. Win-Win

Stern won't allow it. He manipulates the 2nd rounds of the West playoffs so both LA teams advance to the next round. In a bizarrre stunning move, Stern dissolves the Western and Eastern Conference and rigs the rest of the playoffs so his wet dream Finals matchup of LA vs LA can happen. Yes, I know he said "Lakers vs Lakers" but that isn't possible. He will settle for the Clippers and Lakers.

His rigging would look like this.

In the 2nd round, the Clippers would sweep the Spurs. The Lakers would finish off the Thunder in 7. The Heat would beat the Pacers in 7. The Celtics would beat the Bulls.

After the 2nd round, Stern would pick who plays each other. The Lakers and Celtics would play in the 1st Semifinal series while the Clippers would play the Heat in the other Semifinal series. The Lakers beat the Celtics in 7 and the Clippers beat the Heat in 7. After that shit, Stern finally gets to unzip his pants and beat off to a Clippers-Lakers Finals.

I may be in the minority here but Pistons vs Spurs was one of my favorite series. Tied going into the 4th Quarter of Game 7. Detroit playing their starters too many minutes end up costing them

Jacob1983

It was 57-57 going into the 4th quarter. That's pathetic. I'm sorry but the Spurs are notorious for their lack of offense in the Finals and that's why people tune out. Have you ever looked at their shooting percentages and points per game averages in the Finals? Those stats are atrocious. People don't want to watch shitty Eastern Conference low scoring bad shooting style of play in the Finals. That's why the Spurs always bring the ratings so down in the Finals. It's got nothing to do with being in San Antonio. It's their style of play. Yes, they have always played great defense in the Finals but the offense is very shitty.
