Hope he is ok. Great kid, do not want him less than 100% in our series.

Welcome to the playoffs scrah. That's why games based entirely on athleticism never dominate the playoffs

Spurs had Manu playing with one good arm and we got zero sympathy last year

Just an excuse to why he got benched. Good move by Del negro to bench him.

I remember what it is like to have TD miss 2000 playoffs, Manu to miss 08, and last year, so I want to beat the team at their best......Spurs do not get it any easier in next two rounds, so might as well beat teams at their best....right?

Really? Or he was scared because finally faced a contender to his push-and-elbow game in Randolph?

Randolph continually abused and mauled Griffen in this game. As Van Gundy said on one play, "that would get you arrested on the streets."

It was the roughest game I've seen in years because the refs didn't whistle many obvious fouls.

Well I agree with the content of your post, but the little devil was an allusion to the fact that a post like that from you, basically guarantees a broken leg for for Griffin...

Griffin looked slowed but he seemed to be jumping OK. Chris Paul to me showed no signs of injury...

Griffins injury is unfortunate but it's not like the Spurs are 100% either. Manu was the MVP last season, he was a top 3 SG and the Spurs' closer. This season due to his injuries his scoring has dropped dramatically. In last years playoffs he was dropping 20 PPG on the best perimeter defender in the NBA (Allen) with a broken arm.

If he's that bad, they should seriously consider shutting him down for at least a few games and maybe the series/season. He's already had a broken knee cap and he's obviously heavily reliant on athleticism/explosiveness. He's too early in his career to even think about risking anything and besides, they're an extreme long shot to win this series anyway. I know no one wants to think like that about their team, but they've got to be realistic. I can't see him shutting himself down, so they'll probably have to save him from himself.

maybe he will quit flopping

Haha..yeah I don't think he will flop that much but that CP flops enough for a whole team. They beat the Grizz but the Grizz beat the crap out of them so bad that we should sweep them with no problems.

This is how we will know if we are going to win a ring if we come out with fire and passion and blow them out then I know we got a really good chance..If not..????

Compared to game 6 where Paul was grabbing his groin, he appeared to have regained much of his quickness in game 7.

I've heard fishing helps a lot. The sooner he starts, the better.

might also mean more reggie evans and more chance of some kind of "fluke" injury.

Just play hack a Evans and force Del Stiffo to take him out.

Interesting. I think there were clear signs he was hampered.
