Just what we needed.

And props to Pop for putting Bonner dog back in his kennel quickly. Hopefully he'll stay there for the rest of this series.

Boris was great, very solid on D and his rebounding and passing were outstanding

Impressive stat line from Boris tonight.

Horry-esque he was.

Horry used to man-up on guys bigger than him. And I really think Diaw could/would hit more 3's if he gets the chance. But the biggest similarity to Horry tonight was the mental domination. Diaw got into Blake's kitchen. Horry understood the mental game better than just about anyone, and he could spot the weak chicken in the yard. By about the middle of the second quarter, Griffin was playing scared. Maybe he'll bounce back, but tonight Boris owned him.

Excellent Horry reference. Diaw just knows how to ball. None of that goofy Oberto/Bonner/Tiago nonsense. Dude's just a balla.

Very Horryesque absent the clutch, clutch shooting.

That dog didn't hunt tonight and him running up the back of Bledsoe seemed to set Pop off.

Boris was awesome!

Both of them are mediocre bigs but what a stupid ass time to make this post. Over-passing beta guy vs. dude who did a great job at what he does all game. Congrats on your stupid post.

Loved Boris as a Sun, and right now he's playing his best ball since 2004. He's the key to this championship run in a sense - his excellent court vision, basketball sense, passing, and smart post defence make the whole team click.

If we were starting Grizzly Blair instead things would be much tougher.

Fuck you too.

When did the season really take off for us? The moment Diaw started playing significant minutes. He's a massive upgrade over Grizz at both ends.

I mean, or you could have just watched the game and seen Splitter going up soft, airballing two free throws in a row, and ultimately being a nonfactor, vs. Bonner, who generally vies for softest dude of the night/series/season/whatever at least playing some defense. I have no allegiance to either of these pussies but Bonner played light years better tonight. I'll mail you a DVD of the game if you need.

Point being on a "who played as the softest big man tonight" scale, it goes this way:

1. Splitter
2. Del Negro
3. Griffin
4. Bonner

Credit where it's due and such

My neighbor does this all the time. They have 3 or 4 cars that are always there and they park right in the middle of the fucking curb... Two cars could fit there but parking right in the middle doesn't leave room for another behind of or in front of the car parked in the middle.

What really pisses me off is not just parking in front of someone else's house but parking right in the middle of the goddamn curb so that if someone at the house you parked in front of needed to park in the street in front of THEIR OWN FUCKING HOUSE, they couldn't.

I left a note for them one time informing them of this, and they don't park in front of my house anymore, but apparently they still don't get it. They are parked in the middle of the curb in front of my across the street neighbors house now. :rolleyes

= gay

I really hope we re-sign Diaw as soon as possible. He is such a good fit here, such a good player and seems like a nice dude. I want him to stick around in San Antonio! I think he only just turned 30 and has only played 8 years. He's still at his peak/hasn't reached his ceiling and i dont even think he knows how good he can be. I love the ball movement when he is on the court. Imagine what he'd be like with a full training camp/full season with us. We really need to resign him.
