Level of angst is 6 out of 10 - tonight is the night they they undoubtedly will face at a very stern test from a motivated Clippers team. I expect a much better game from Paul and the game Clippers will give it everything they got to try to steal a game.

However, I just cannot go higher than that level of angst with the absolute sheer dominance of the Spurs the last 15 + games and would not also be surprised to see the Spurs absolutely crush the Clippers again after a game to get used to the opponent.

I honestly think after shaking off the rust in game 1 that the Clips are going to get steamrolled. What kinds of adjustments can Vinny make? Unless our guys come out lethargic and aloof, we'll win by at least double digits.

in round one everyone was impressed of how the Jazz stuck around and fought 48 minutes in game 1...then...

after game 1 against the clipps it was the same...

That is what I am thinking. Spurs come out smokin', LAC fatigued = route (I hope).

I will believe LAC can push us to the limit when I see it, but hopefully our team is taking a much less complacent approach.

It seems that the only chance that the Clippers have is for everyone on the Spurs to be missing their shots. They are constantly open and the Clippers cannot get to them. It is not through lack of effort on their part either.

This is true. In fact, I think the Clippers have been fairly decent at snuffing out the 1st and 2nd options of the Spurs' offensive sets. However, by the time it gets to the 3rd, 4th or 5th stage they're so out of position that they don't really stand a chance.

The Clippers will be fighting today, but it seemed like they really fought their asses off in game 2, shot 9-13 or so from 3, and still got rolled. If the Spurs play their game the Clippers even near their best will struggle to keep up.

VDN has made the statement that today is a game 7 for them, so if the Spurs do manage to win today it might break their will since their coach is already coaching this one as an elimination game.

No angst here.

I am totally confident in Spurs winning today

Spurs got this. Even if the refs give lots of FTs to the Clippers they are horrible at the line, & they are not shooting 9/13 from 3 again.
