Kind of hard to pile the shit on them when they lost their third best player to injury. And with the way Wade's playing, Bosh just might be their second best. His subtraction turns them into a 6-8 seed level team.

i must admit its funny as shit, and to add insult to injury it makes pretty much the entire basketball world happy to see them implode in the playoffs. they made everyone hate them when they started counting championships at the big super power merger party. lebron proudly touted that championships were going to be easy. ......... its ashame bosh had to get caught up in it tbh.

one thing i do find strange is that being in the position of the "us against the world" as genuinely as they are, and with that much athletic ability to utilize, they should actually be a lock to have already won a ring, but the union of the two prima donnas has exposed the lack of heart and toughness of the chosen one, and the ref's little darling, wade.

they have everything physically needed to go and take it. the motivation. the athletic ability. the upper management actually inserting decent role players. a decent coach (although the inability to respect any coach really makes that one a wash.)

lebron and wade just have absolutely no resiliency. absolutely no heart. absolutely no toughness. their sense of entitlement tragically assures that as long as they are paired together they will never go out there and take what the true great ones take.

lol. jus' sayin'

Lebron has done everything he can, there's nothing else he can possibly do, considering the wear and tear, it's not humanly possible..perimeter players shouldn't be given the offensive AND defensive responsibility that he's been given, it has never happened in the history of the NBA..

If Wade plays like a superstar, they should still beat Indiana..if he doesn't, they'll lose..simple as that, without Bosh..

Unfortunately, it does not appear that Bosh will return, leaving the Heat with arguably the worst frontcourt in NBA history..

In all honesty, I fully expect Phil Jackson or Pat Riley to be coaching this team, next year..

TIMMYtoZO

HarlemHeat37
05-17-2012, 11:08 PM
They're going to keep the big 3..

They won't be able to get any value for Wade or Bosh, and they'll use the Bosh injury as an excuse..

Spoelstra has been scrutinized since the big 3 was formed, his firing was inevitable..his fanbase hates him, the players don't seem to respect him..he was a video coordinator, just a few years ago, and he doesn't command any respect..

PER
Lebron 31.9
Wade 23.8
Bosh 20.3
NBA average is 15
Chalmers 11.4
Cole 11.2
Jones 10.9
Miller 9.4

Remove Bosh, and Miami only has 2 players that are above 12(which is a terrible number, too)..

NO EXCUSES!!!! You cried about Cleveland not having a supporting cast good enough to get Lebron his first. Now, he supposedly has that supporting cast and he still can,t get it done.

Maybe Lebron should care less about winning meaningless regular season trophies and actually carry his team in the post-season. OF course, that would mean taking shots when single covered at the end of games as opposed to relying on a role player who was 2-9 from the field. Maybe Miami wouldn't be in a 2-1 hole.

The Heat are 5-1 in these playoffs with Bosh..with a healthy Bosh, Miami wins the title..

i'd say it's very possible, he's sucked all year. something is up with him.

seems like he's lost a step defensively and his points, assists, and rebounds are down. he just doesn't have that edge to him, especially in the 4th quarter.

Maybe it's the wear and tear of his style of play? Which relies on hops and extreme athletic ability. I dunno, players that have his style aren't usually the ones that age well.

Wade is one of the best SG but he still aint as good as Kobe even with that elephant turd Kobe laid in Game 2. Wade was a salty bitch when Kobe owned him in the ASG, took a cheap shot at collison, whined like a bitch in the press conference about the Pacers "celebrating" (when celebrating during a game potentially cost the Heat a title vs. the Mavs) and then punks his coach in a game that was STILL up for grabs. Like many I at one time preferred wade over James ...but after watching them play together not only is Lebron the better player (which I knew) but he is a much better team-mate and leader than D-whistle ...

That is Lebron's team now, Wade is just living off nice PER stats and and his alltime great Finals performance ... If Lebron can close he may not need Wade to be a stud to ring.

You mean to tell me that a fan of a team predicted that his team would win?

Well shit son.

:lol ok bro.. no Bosh, Wade injured and bitching out the coach, LeBron doing his usual disappearing act, and all this after they lost last season.

I admire your confidence but not your intelligence.

:lol Thinking the Spurs are winning a championship
:lol Scared of Miami because you know your cute little team couldn't take them down in a 7 game series.

I hope it doesn't happen - Spurs v. Hype - for obvious reasons, but the Spurs would beat the breaks off of the Hype. These are things we know.

Even more impressive than TIMMYtoZO's Giants prediction was his work in the Game 6 WS thread last season, and he's not even a Cards fan. Why anybody would doubt his genius is beyond me:lol

you know the Spurs are currently on a 16 game winning streak and are the odds on favorites to win the title, right?

Just checking. I don't know whether the Spurs will get past OKC, personally. But I do know they are better than the Heat right now. So are the Pacers :lol

They are better than a Heat team that is not focused. Against a focused Heat team, Spurs aren't even in their class. :lol

Like I said, win another game against the Pacers before you talk about dominating the Finals.

Or at least try to not lose in a blowout the whole second half.
