Not the biggest. The Clips did it in Memphis by 27 last round. Nice short term memory there.

Well, according to ESPN, no team has ever been blown out like that in the first quarter of a playoff game and come back to win.

It's the largest in history.

The Spurs trailed by 22 points, 33-11, after the 1st quarter. It's the largest deficit at the end of the first quarter overcome to win a playoff game in NBA history. The previous record was 21 points in the 2008 NBA Finals, when the Celtics trailed the Lakers 35-14 and came back to win 97-91. (This is from the NBA record book)
