Well, this sucks. Avery must be injured, and so Ray is filling in. Of course, Ray also looks injured, and hasn't been the impact player he so often is. Blah.

If Boston lose this game, is it safe to say that they're dead in Game 6?

Not with this team. Games they should wrap up, they don't. Games they should lose, they pull it out. Who fucking knows with these guys. :lol

All I have to say is that I'm glad Iggy can't hit free throws.

The Celtics drew arguably the 2 worst teams in this year's playoffs (Atlanta and Philly), and have struggled mightily. This team is beyond done. If these shit bags somehow make the finals, they'll get swept and lost by double digits each time.

As a Celtics fan, if we make it to the Finals, I'll be ecstatic. I expected them to be bumped in the 2nd round... granted, I expected it would be the Bulls...

Something to note though: the Hawks and Sixers both have lots of young legs, which always gives the Celtics issues. I doubt the Celtics go more than 6 games against the Heat (unless Lebron does his disappearing act)... not sure about the Pacers, haven't seen them play enough to know one way or another.

But if we made it to the NBA Finals and lost to the Spurs in 5? Sure, I'm cool with that. (Well, relatively speaking... of course I'd be pissed, but it would have been better than I expected.)

I really don't see much reason why Miami won't beat them in the conference finals, even without Bosh.

Philly were lucky to have the Rose injury. The gravy train stops here for them.

Nice to see him having his comingout party. Hopefully the Celtics won't ruin it by playing like ass in the fourth this time.

Big Baby would catch fire too, but I think his lows were lower than Bass.

I won't feel safe until we've either got a 25 point lead, or we've got a 15 point lead with less than 3 minutes to play. :lmao

:lol LnGrrrR I know that times are somehow difficult but this game is over

BTW I didn't follow a lot the celts lately, whats up with Pietrus ? he is playing very limited minutes right now but I remember he did a good job some time ago against Lebron. You think he will have a healthy amount of mn against him ?

Doc is very reticent to play people he doesn't trust fully, which is why Ray Allen got a lot of burn in Game 4 even though he was relatively ineffective and Bass was playing well.

If Pietrus is healthy, and hits a few early 3's, Doc will likely keep him in. I'm sure that he'll rotate defenders on Lebron occasionally so he can keep someone relatively fresh on him at all times when Pierce isn't out there.

Matters little, though. We'll not pass the OKC-LAL winner.
But between Heat and Celtics, I'd prefer the Heat. It's practically a two-man team.
