son God bless you as well, but Gordon is going to be back until at least the trade deadline next year. I just hope Benson has enough to sense not to sign him long term. I am perfectly fine with and actually prefer Belinelli coming off of the bench as he usually plays better that way, but we have some work to do. Gordon is not the answer.

well son Charlotte really is a disgrace considering their market size and the fact that Michael Jordan is behind them. I mean they can't even get more than 13,000 fans in the entire Carolina market to watch their games on TV. Also notice in the bottom 5 just how drastic the difference is from #30 Charlotte at 13,000 house holds, to #26 New Jersey with more than twice their amount at 28,000 house holds ...

Therefore, it would be funny if the #1 pick only turned out to be another Marcus Camby.

Hornets' lottery win won't impact Eric Gordon's decision to test free agency
By Marc J. Spears | Yahoo! Sports – Thu, May 31, 2012 4:39 PM EDT

Email
Eric Gordon was surprised to hear the New Orleans Hornets won the top pick in the NBA's draft lottery. Hornets coach Monty Williams and assistant general manager Tim Connelly called Gordon to talk to him about the windfall that will bring Kentucky forward Anthony Davis to New Orleans.
But despite the news, Gordon still plans on exploring his options in free agency.
"Wherever I end up will be a good situation or I’m going to make it a good situation," Gordon said.
Gordon made $3.1 million in the final year of his contract and will be a restricted free agent this summer. He turned down in January a four-year contract that would have paid him close to $50 million, league sources said. He averaged 20.6 points and 3.4 assists in just nine games last season after being slowed by a right knee injury that required surgery. Gordon said his knee is "good" now.
[Related: NBA ownership of Hornets opens door to talk of rigged draft lottery]
New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson agreed last month to buy the Hornets. Gordon has met Benson, but they have not had any contract negotiations.
"The things that he says make him sounds like a pretty good owner," Gordon said. "He sounds like he wants to win in a hurry."
Davis was the consensus college basketball player of the year last season after leading Kentucky to the national championship.
"He reminds me of another player I played with: Marcus Camby," Gordon said. "If [Davis] can get that jump shot, he can be really, really good for a long time."

Sons just another example of a selfish college player that's not NBA-ready coming out too early and wasting everyone's time. He could be good in a few years but that's not what you want in a first pick. You want someone who can play NOW.

This is just gonna be another Dwight Howard situation at best where the team uses their precious time and resources developing a guy that came out too fuckin early only for him to end up being a drama queen douchebag that wants to leave.

TBH, dude just seems like Tyson Chandler 2.0

Wow, this post is really inaccurate. I think its a troll job, but i'm gonna bite anyway.

He was clearly the best college player and he was only a freshmen.

Dwight Howard worked out well for Orlando. He played at a high level for 6-7 years. However, like Paul in NOLA, the Magic surrounded him with bad contracts.

Tyson Chandler is an excellent center and that is Davis's floor. Davis's game is way ahead of Chandler's at the same stage and I saw how much better Chandler made the Hornets when he was healthy.

There is no other prospect close to Davis. Honestly, you sound a lot like Newcastle and we all knew how shitty of a poster he is.
