Kawhi Leonard was key in game 2 with 18 points manu in game 1.. parker will get his points but i think.. Bonner finally has a break out game with 4-5 tre's the thunder will do everything in their power to stop parker and he will simply dish it out for a tre... lets do this firecrotch i mean matt bonner help us steal game 3...

one more thing FUCK the thunder!!!! GOSPURSGO

Bonner :lol

More realistically? Duncan and Green are due. So's Diaw, although he played well enough in the first two games.

This is TD's and Greens breakout game, book it! I have a feeling Manu will be more of a creator out there.

Green's been getting so many open shots; I feel game three is when he's gonna knock down a lot of them. I also think Stephen might have a chance to throw in some big baskets, if he's out on the court more often because the Thunder are going with a small lineup for most of the game.

I agree the best way to win game 3 is with an x-factor. We all remember when Dragic went crazy in game 3 in '10.

i think after suns games in 2010 (4-0 suns won), gregg popovich decided to play faster, quick. our performans was a shame againts quick suns and old school basketball didn't work.

then, gregg popovich created the best offensive team of nba. he is the man who created the best defensive team (2003-2007) and best offensive team (now).

respect.

After bagging out the red rocket all season long, i was one who actually stood up for Bonner before this series and even said he could be a factor. So far i've been 100% fucken wrong. I think he's hit one shot so far. I'm pulling for any spur who steps onto the court. From Duncan to Green to Diaw to Bonner and Tiago, there's a lot of room for improvement. If Bonner's in, just hit the fucken shot when you get it.

tbh Greens defense is at par level, however when he shoots whether its a tre or within the arc im pulling my hair out because of his shot selection and touch mannn do i wish he had gary neals stroke. chip england is gonna need to work on him in the off season

He's getting good looks. Things will regress to the mean given an expanding sample size, so he'll soon hit his shots again.

Leonard has not played as well on road offensively with only game 2 of Jazz series being his best scoring night. Green only played well offensively in game 1 of Jazz series.

Manu has played well on road and TD as well. I like one or both of them tonight to have a stand out game, that leads Spurs to a 3-0 lead in series.

I have no idea what playoffs you have been watching but green has played well throughout most of this postseason.

I think the Spurs have another gear, not sure the Thunder do. I think though that the Thunder get out to an early lead at home and by the half, the Spurs are scratching their heads and the bear might make an appearance in the 3rd.

Road games numbnuts.
Game 1 Utah 14 pts(5-12)
Game 2 Utah 5 points
Game 1 LA 7 pts
Game 2 LA 14 pts

These are not good games offensively

Read my post.

You kind of threw me off with the whole green game 1, thought you meant game 1 of the series not road, but still I would say green played solid not great but good enough overall from a guy just starting for the first time in the playoffs for his career. Good signs though hopefully is that green came up clutch last time spurs were in OKC this season hoping that happens tonight.

I think it will be TD. Especially if Perkin's minutes are limited.

Want to see more looks for Ibaka from 15-18 feet. Defensive focus is never on him and if we can penetrate and set him up for jumpers, he's often left fairly wide open. He needs to get a couple to fall and get on his way to one of his 8-11 type shooting nights. He's usually pretty reliable from that range and I think we need to exploit that. Ball movement to open shooters rather than trying to force things like we have a tendency to do sometimes.

I think you're going to need to get rid of Westbrook then.

That ain't happening, but I hope he doesn't wear his crash helmet tonight. Kamikaze is an appropriate nickname for Westbrook sometimes.

I don't feel good about tonight. How the hell can the Spurs keep this up? OKC is a good team and the crowd is going to be rocking. If they can pull this off I will be blown away.

I think the Spurs will take Ibaka shooting from 15 to 18 feet away from the basket. That means we have pushed him out of his comfort zone. 8 for 11? NEVER gonna happen.

Since the season ended, the Spurs have changed very little as to what they are doing. We can and should easily win in OKC. Problem for OKC they cant win 4 of 5 from the Spurs.

15-18 feet IS his comfort zone. Go look at his game logs. 8-11-ish is obviously not extremely common, but happens fairly often throughout the season for him. Ibaka scores in 2 ways: putbacks or 15-18 footers. Period. He attempts nearly as many 16-23 footers as he does shots "at rim". He shoots the 16-23 footer at 46%

4-13 for the series, doesn't exactly scare anyone. I believe he has had 3 dunks. That leaves 1-10 on his other shots. I still give him that shot till he makes it, which he hasnt done yet.

I figured that but I was talking road games since this thread is about x factor in a road game.

Two games with 14 pts is not horrible but fora starting shooting gaurd on a championship team the other two games are not up to speed

Well I would too and I'm sure Okc knows SA isn't concerned about Ibakas perimeter game at this point, which to me gives them an incentive to find him for those open attempts. Anytime you can get someone other than the "big 3" showing they can score, it makes things a little easier.
