It's clearly their 6th man, whereas no one fears the AT&T, so sad...

Yet we don't go black/white out at playoff home games like y'all. I think that's what the OP's trying to allude.
Not complainin', just sayin'.

It's the only major professional sports team the state has ever and will ever have. There's noone else to cheer for, in basketball or in any other sport. We save up a lot of energy. Not uncommon for small market teams to have some of the most lively fans.

I'm extremly super-disappointed in the crowd in AT&T center. no energy, no passion, if i were in the crowd i would have to yell out " Go spurs Go" and "defense" loudly in every single minute

Can't always tell on TV what the atmosphere is like, but I didn't really notice the ATT crowd being lame. They seemed to get into the game pretty well at times...

This is true. That is why all the Gomers and hicks are running rampant at the game. Meh...SA has and will win there again.
The AT and T crowd has been pretty loud during the playoffs but can't compare to OKC. Closest comparison are the Utah Jazz fans and arena. But to call the fans lame because we didn't get any t-shirts provided by cheap ass HEB is not the fans' fault. We don't need damn t-shirts to scream for our team though. I think the Spurs' track record proves that.

Spurs fans are good as the average fan. But being the winningest franchise in the last 20 years, you tend to not be over excited about wins. Look no further to the '99 and '03 Spurs fans. Those guys, I was there for the 99 finals, we were like the OKC and Jazz fans, crazy. But winning a couple of titles has changed that. But this year, IMO, the Spurs fans have been the loudest since the '03 run, which is a good sign.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Spoiled Spurs fans expect to win, it is not as exciting when you have done it 4 times.

Spurs crowd is ok. average, maybe a lil better than average.
OKC crowd is awesome. Easily top 1, 2 in the league.
please don't compare the 2

NBA crowds are pathetic.
OKC possibly slightly less pathetic, but still, nobody is scared to play in front of them.

Yes. I'll have my Spurs gear on and then some douche will be next to me cheering in a lime green shirt.
Show your fucking colors!
The OKC crowd is awesome. AT&T crowd is not.

I think the having the fancy "suites" in rows 15-20 of the lower level might have something to do with it. In many other arenas, all you see in the lower deck is regular seating, but at AT&T, you have those fancy suites, right in the heart of the lower level. And the people who pay for these seats are often in the bar/restaurant area, watching the game on TV, instead of cheering their asses off with the rest of us.
