assists - Thunder 27 - Spurs 17
rebounds - Thunder 41 - Spurs 31
Stats are deceptive its true but I think these two need to be tightened up especially.
As for assists, yes they are long limbed which makes passing tougher but beaten by 10?! Our passing is our strength.
As for rebounds, this is somewhat deceptive because it depends on misses and the Thunder had a better FG%, having said that their 56% vs our 50% do not equal a deficit of 10 rebounds I dont think. And its not a matter of giving up offensive rebounds to get back on defense because we were equal in offensive rebounds at 7 a piece. Its all in the defensive rebounds.
Losing by so much in these categories is very un-Spurs like.
