View Full Version : Is Pop humble enough to watch game film?

Before Game 4, Pop told some reporter who asked him that he had not watched film of Game 3. Either he was lying (certainly possible) or he is arrogant beyond belief, and NEEDS to watch game film before Game 5.

I am fully prepared to believe that he considered the question so stupid as to not warrant anything other than a sarcastic answer.

But am I wrong? Does anyone here imagine that Pop seriously didn't watch any game film before Game 4, and if that is the case, do we imagine that he will not watch any before Game 5?

I have a feeling that, after retirement, some Spur player is going to drop a bomb on Pop. Maybe not, but I have that feeling. It seems all great, pristine things get unveiled as smoke and mirrors and we adjust our outlook and move on.

Bonner will play in the 1st.

That's coach forcier's twitter account..says they watched game tape, think tank etc.. Obviously they are game planning before game 5. Think it's safe to say Pop was involved.

It would have been alot more useful if they had watched the tape before game 4.

I would have thrown game 3 tape away it was useless
spurs played terrible nothing to take out of that game
spurs should have watched game 2 going to game 4 and aw what worked

The adjustment(s) for Game 5 should be pretty damn obvious. Stick to the game plan for the most part, but don't give Perkins, Collison, and Ibaka so much damn room. Move the ball and quit holding it, limit your TO's, and give me more Diaw/Blair/Splitter, and NO Bonner....

Box out and don't turn the ball over. That will go a long way.
