I would start:
Tony
Green
Kawhi
Duncan
Diaw
(I would have Danny guarding Westbrook.)
I would bring Jackson FIRST off the bench (to ADD NASTY).
I would add Emanuel Ginóbili the second that Harden comes in.
I would then add Tiago.
Beginning of Second Quarter:
Tony
Manu
Jackson
Duncan
Blair
This quarter is when I would add Neal to Manu (at times) to give Tony a break. This is Manu, Jackson, and Neal's quarter (based on the reverse logic that the double team needs go inside, opening up the home-court 3-point basketball-sized hail).
Beginning of 3rd Quarter:
Tony
Jackson
Kawhi
Duncan
Diaw
Green is the first off the bench for Jackson or Kawhi (depending on who is less effective).
Followed by Tiago, Manu, and Blair (and eventually Neal).
Fourth Quarter:
Tony
Green
Kawhi
Jackson
Duncan
Diaw for Jackson or Kawhi (depending on who is performing/how tired Jackson is at this point).
Then give Duncan a spell with Tiago.
Closing:

I can't see things like Coach Pop, I'm just a gnsf Nebraskan. I just wrote this for fun. If the Spurs can pull this off, our TEAM will change the game of NBA basketball. We are the most fortunate fans in all of sports, we owe it to ourselves to not miss a second.
