This is still just hearsay. The Spurs media department said it's not true.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see, but I don't want a bunch of alarmist threads about this.

Who cares. He aint missing the game. Simple as that. He missed only one game when his dad died. That was a lot worse than this. Whether or not she is in labor (hell I didn't even know she was pregnant until today) he is stiff playing the biggest game of his life. Nuff' said.

Believe me.. I freaked out more than my friend did! My heart sank when she told me... Nervous... but I think Tim will play better than he ever has! He is going to be jumping like he never has before... His energy will be through the roof!

A buddy at work just had a new son on Monday. It was his wife's second or perhaps third child, and the labor went 12 hours. Odds are good that the kid won't pop out before or during the game.

Spurs Rep CONFIRMS: AMY DUNCAN is NOT in LABOR!
Tom James, Spurs PR Reprasentative was just on WOAI and emphatically DENIED the rumour started today that Amy Duncan was in labor.

He didn't actually even say she was pregnant saying the Duncans are very private and they have purposely not discussed it publicly.

Although he did say "she was close" and did not know if she would be present at tonights game.

He did say that Ben Wallace or Larry Brown may have started this story. Although this comment seemed tongue in cheek.

He did confirm that Tim Duncan WILL play in Game 7 Tonight.

Being admitted and going into labor are different. Perhaps since this is Game 7, maybe she is more than 1-2 weeks overdue so they scheduled her Potassin for after the Game 7.
