A lot of people were saying the Spurs would have trouble retaining him and if he continued his play throughout the playoffs, he would get a great offer somewhere else this summer. However, he has choked massively in the WCFs, reminiscent of Hedo Turkoglu in 2004.

What do you think is an appropriate offer for him now? Would you even want him on your team? I think it's safe to say he's not going to have an epic turnaround and snag an amazing contract.

I'd give him 3 years, 5 million tbh

You have to get to the playoffs first, and Danny is a good role player. He's basically a rookie since he hasn't gotten much playing time before this year. He'll be fine. I would like for the Spurs to retain him.

I don't now about the financials. I try to avoid even considering it.

He played great through 2 rounds of the playoffs, so he hasn't totally bent over the way Matt Bonner always does.

Does a lot of good things on both sides of the ball, still has plenty of room to get better, and could still develop into an elite perimeter stopper with more offense than Bowen.

3 years, $9 million.
