25, 14, and 2 on 48% against the best defensive frontline in basketball in a closeout game.

By comparison, some young stud bigman whose hype we bought into all year, and who's 12 years TOSB's junior, dropped 10 and 4 on 40% shooting in his closeout game.

Tim could go to another team and get big money but he won't. He's too classy. Spurs are a classy organization who's players would play for free if it helped the homeless and the vets tbh.

Nope. It's always a successful season for me when the Lakers flame out. The Spurs making a run when everyone counted them out was just the icing on the cake.

10 and 4 from a star bigman in his prime :lol

You're not alone, though. I bought into bitch-tits's hype as well. But now it's obvious he's got the fortitude of a teenage girl on her period.

I dunno... the fact that T:lolSB Timmy made it a round further than T:lolSB K:lolbe, who was paired with the purported best big man in the league in Bynum and still managed to fuck it all up makes me almost as happy as if the spurs had won it all.

The fact that Timmy produced superior stats to Bynum despite being ten years older is only icing on the cake :lol

You can reminisce about the glory hole days all you like. After all, what makes a Laker fan other than the overwhelming desire to front run? If you cannot front run the present, you will turn to the past and scoreboard.

tim kept attackin at the low post with like 6min left on board and he scored 6pts in a row which helped keep his team afloat, but the team's D was poor as shit and tim's efforts were all left in vain :cry

probably his last game in NBA imho, his team lost the game but tim is definitely NOT a loser :cry

25, 14, and 2 on 48% against the best defensive frontline in basketball in a closeout game.

By comparison, some young stud bigman whose hype we bought into all year, and who's 12 years TOSB's junior, dropped 10 and 4 on 40% shooting in his closeout game.

Can't complain :toast

whatever makes you feel better .... with that said, Duncan played great tonight. Hopefully they'll raise that 20 game win streak banner along with the Southwest Division Banner and the 2012 Best Rodeo Banner ....... :toast

Timmy had a good season and played a good game last night. Kudos to him.

Bottom line it is a team sport and in the Timmy/Kobe era IE that last 15 years its Lakers 5 and Spurs 4.

No number of individual trinkets are going to change that.

To have to use Drews pathetic last game performance to compliment Tim’s is about as pathetic and weak as it gets. To be so obsessed and hurt over the Lakers success just shows the weakness and pettiness in the individual poster. To do such is nothing but a huge disservice to Tim and his own greatness. That the Midget cannot see this is a testament to his own ignorance and nothing less than beautiful and laughable in the eyes of Laker fans! Well done moron!

You should be proud of your team. An era is coming to an end and you have held the position of little brother well and distinguished yourselves as a quality organization and one that has made their mark in the shadow of Laker greatness. That is not an simple or easy accomplishment. Well done again as a whole!

Thank you so much Midget for the classic of all classic threads! Made my year! :toast
