Seriously, has their ever been a franchise this consistently good, but this consistently bad coming outta the locker room after halftime? It's almost a guarantee that if the Spurs go up big at the half, they're gonna let the opponent back in the game and have to win the game twice just to get the one "W". It's not the refs. It's the halftime..

Actually, there is some merit to the OP. I told my buddy at the half, I hope the Spurs don't do their usual 3rd qtr stall. If you can recall in our glory years we did this frequently. Not sure why, unless it is just a flaw of Pop's.

The minute Durant hit that 3 at the buzzer, I knew in my heart of hearts OKC would at least tie the game back up at some point. :bang

Not sure why, unless it is just a flaw of Pop's.Exactly. It definitely isn't a joke thread and anybody that's been watching the Spurs can co-sign. Like Twisted said, even when the Spurs have been the team to beat they just have this thing about the 3rd quarter. I know it sounds like I'm joking but the Spurs enemy seems to be halftime.

I'd have to agree with the OP. This was a problem for the Spurs all season. They would frequently build big halftime leads only to watch them evaporate in the third quarter. I'm not sure if it was just mental and they were letting their foot off the gas, or it was age hurting Duncan in the third quarter. Whatever it was, it hurt the Spurs all year, and killed them in game 6.
