87% of NBA fans think the game was rigged. It doesn't sting when the Thunder will always have an asterisk. Stings for the NBA.

It's coming from RealGM, a site for NBA fans of any team. It's the largest sample poll on the net so far.

you're going to sit there and say that the thunder would have looked as good as they did non ref-assisted in games 5 and most especially 6? :lmao

and that the spurs would have looked as bad non ref-assisted?

the refs/league took away from the spurs and gave to the thunder. you are so stupid if you don't see this. be happy about your team advancing but don't make youself out to be an idiot. :rolleyes

I just think it's sad that Thunder fans are excited to go to the finals when nearly 90% of NBA fans think the refs gave it to them. The NBA screwed you guys. No matter if you could have won or not, you'll always have an asterisk in the minds of NBA fans. We walk away knowing there would have been a Game 7 without blatantly false calls.

Enjoy that asterisk =)

But seriously though, I don't think I've ever seen a grown man get so worked up over a basketball game that won't affect his life in any shape or form.

I feel bad for your wife and kid tbh. (Even though it's probably not your kid tbh imho fwiw etc)

Thanks for demonstrating your total and complete DUCHETARDNESS. YOU are truly an ass of the highest order. I hope you get an inoperable brain tumor and your wife and family slowly watches you die.

You guys shouldn't put to much stock into what other people's favorite teams are, especially here. you have zero choice but to put a team down. Plus it doesn't matter. You could have been born in a city and stayed loyal to that city by being fans of their sports teams. When I lived in SA that's what most of the people said is why they loved the Spurs, it's because they lived there. I personally do not have a favorite team but in order to register I put down the rockets. I used to change it from time to time, rotate teams but this site made me or all of us stick to one. I'm sorry your spurs have lost. I stated a few days ago it doesn't matter. And it doesnt. God bless

Probably a sock puppet for a Mavs or Lakers troll.

When your billionaire owner sells out your only hope of repeating to save a few bucks, it has to sting. And when you give away a guy who won 5 rings with you because of age and replace him with a career second-stringer that turns out to be far worse, then see your $30 million man play out the string as a pure chucker who can't hit the big shots anymore but is going to keep chucking them anyway because the scoring record matters more to him than wins, well, that has to sting even worse.

Naturally, it's too depressing for them to think about their own teams. So trolling Spurs fans seems like the best way to pass the time.

It doesn't.
Spurs far exceeded the expectations.
Plus they played some of the best basketball in years.
As for winning, they have had their share already, it's not an obsession.

When all will be said and done, i 5-10-20 years, Feb-may Spurs basketball will be regarded as a clinic of team basketball.
Not much else to be retained in this NBA season.
