Other NBA teams inquiring about Martin’s availability include the San Antonio Spurs and Orlando Magic. While the negotiation window opened on July 1, contracts cannot be signed until July 11.

A project guy? I don't much about him.

He has had a good end of the season with Wizards. He could be Spurs backup plan if Green left or Spurs could just look at him to take James Anderson roster spot.

It does seem like the spurs like at carry around project wing. Byers is the latest, but this guy may be an upgrade given he's actually played in the league already.

He played well when he was with GS. Hustle guy, does a little of everything good. Not great at one thing.

I don't think he could replace Green but certainly Neal or Anderson.

The Spurs do need a replacement for the failed OSU project. But it needs to be a minimum wage guy. If Martin is willing to accept those terms then sign the boy up. Otherwise pass.

Martin can score a little bit but that's about the extent of his worth. But, yeah, if the Spurs lose Green, they'd have to replace him with a really cheap option like Martin.

If the Spurs are looking for a deep roster project, I'd prefer someone young and with a ceiling that's more diversified.
