Ibaka went 11 for 11 bc the Spurs game planned to leave him wide open and he unfortunately hit a bunch of jumpers. Durrant had little to do with it.

Durrant is a great player, but IMHO Lebron is the best player. And I'm not a fan.

Yup. I know it's the trendy thing to hate Lebron but he's still the best player in the league. Some of the Spurs fans here must have forgotten the Heat game a couple months ago when Lebron single handedly destroyed us after we were up by 20+. Never seen Durant play that good.

Scoring 45 on Celtics in an elimination game.

He'll lose for winning. When he hoists the championship, people will diss it in a lockout shortened season.

Thunder won't like playing a team of superstars in their prime. They've yet to do that.

Wade playing like trash lately and you better hope that doesn't carry in the finals( if they make it) because Thabo Sefolosha will make matters worst for him.
Lebron won't be doing shit in the 4th quarter when the the game is on the line while KD is abusing him.

Listen, I like Lebron, I think he's the greatest player on the face of the earth right now. But that Miami team is having trouble putting away the Boston fucking Celtics. The Celtics limped into the playoffs and are missing key players. OKC just got done beating the hottest team in basketball, has effective, young, healthy players, a strong bench, and now has an extra day or two of rest before the finals.

If I were Miami, I'd be pretty afraid.

You guys have trouble with an old boston celtic team that went seven games with philly. Then you guys had problems with the pacers went to 6. I'm not sleeping on them. If Bosh was 100% I'd be a little worried though but no reason too since he isn't lol

the league will let whoever they want in the final. Heat fans don't be suprized if OKC wins. The league has a debt to settle with OKC and I think they intend to pay it in this strike shortened year. Plus there is all kind of reasons to fuck Seattle some more and erase the history of the Sonics.

Its too good to pass up....

Ibaka went 11/11, because when one OKC drove one of their bigs cut to the basket from the sides and either were getting offensive rebounds or a wide open pass for a dunk, a highest fg% in bball, so 11/11 dunks isn't that difficult. Perkins and Collins got almost perfect stats too in the same game.

The Heat have the best player in bball. LeBron is extremely skilled and Pierce, a beast otherwise, looks like a kid besides him.

Don't like either team, and I ain't jumping on no bandwagon. Both teams have gotten used to getting all the 50-50 calls as they went to the finals. If the refs are even-handed, it will be whichever team handles the change in referee tone the best. (Note that the inability to handle the change in tone is what, IMO, killed Dallas in 06. Even with the ref's giving Wade a huge edge, Dallas still had enough of a talent edge that they should have won that series.) I give Miami the edge here, because they did get at least of taste of the shit end of the stick against Boston in 3 & 4. If the refs ain't even-handed, well, we all just watched what happens when 2 pretty closely matched teams play with the refs tilting one way...

Durant is maybe a better scorer and thatīs it, i donīt care about any of both but you switch LeBron and Durant teams and the Heat never go past the paces while the Thunder would have crashed the Spurs.

To me LeBron is like a Super Big Black Ginobili, the guy has amazing IQ, plays good defense and fills the stat sheet. Durant will somehow get a few assists or a few rebounds, but LeBron defends and rebounds better than Durant, also has a better understanding of the plays, Durant went off his mind against us shooting and hitting some very tough and log pull up 3, they went in, granted, but where bad shots, LeBron seems to have a better selection, playing in a team full of scrubs + wade makes him look bad at times, but in Cleveland he has made a lot of scrubs look like championship contenders.

The Spurs didn't show up for game 3 or the first half of game 5. Against a good team that's simply unacceptable. The one thing you can never accuse OKC of is not playing hard. They show up every game and keep fighting to the end. That's why I think sometimes Pop babies them too much. Give up a game just because you're down big? That's the way to build mental toughness and fortitude. The Spurs were simply not good enough to cruise to a title without playing hard.

Between Bosh and Ibaka, I take Bosh all day. Bosh is much better than Ibaka and that's where Miami has the match up advantage. With Bosh, Ibaka's biggest strength is taken away and that's to block shots in the lane. OKC's bigs will struggle chasing Bosh around and that will help Miami in opening up lanes.
