I wouldn't count it as voter fraud yet. Let more details come out first. the state/county law may have recently changed. I find it pretty bad that he no longer has a residence there, and gets elected. I agree that he should not be eligible though.

Apparently they cast votes in the past even though they were not eligible. Perhaps it was a simple misunderstanding.

If you read the article, it was democrats in the county board who decided to disallow him from being a legal voter in their county.
