Did you know? The Spurs are the first team in NBA history to win at least 20 straight games (regular season and postseason), then follow it up with a four-game losing streak.

A buzz saw that they dominated the past few seasons and won the first two games on? A buzz saw is getting swept or only winning one game. The Spurs won games 1 and 2 in pretty convincing fashion despite alot of mistakes that were correctable. If they had kept playing the same way and corrected their mistakes they would be playing right now. It's not like OKC became a much better team after game 2. They just started playing smarter while the Spurs started playing dumber.

Yeah, basically. AND I love this team but F you Spurs for this record here and the first round exit last year, just keep on going out in embarassing fashion after a team who got 4 titles in 9 years and was a true winner damnit. The last two years are just falt out embarassing when you think of it. Lose and go to the lotter if you are going to go out like that and start rebuilding.

GOOD THING they got all those titles or they would be known solely as chokers if it were the last few years heads are looking at :( THANK GOD they got those titles early on.

True that man. Nothing but respect for this Thunder squad, but I can't help but thinking "we were supposed to be the buzz saw that THEY ran into"

The only buzz saw they ran into was the refs. Spurs should've won both Game 4 and game 6, but the refs were instructed to make sure that didn't happen.

Game 6 in particular was the worst and most obviously biased officiating since Lakers/Kings game 6 in 2002.

If the Thunder happened to just get more calls over the course of the game, whatever. But when they get so many all in a row, and always convieniently get them whenever they're struggling on either end of the floor, it's bullshit.

Again, they go cold in the 4th. . .then get 13 FTAs in 5 minutes, plus 3 bullshit charge calls go against SA in that same time frame, two of which erased 3 points each (both calls that took away points should've gone the other way, as they were clearly fouls on OKC). So the refs physically took away 6 points from the Spurs and a possession, and gave OKC 13 FTAs since they weren't hitting in order to artificially assist the Thunder past the Spurs' run. All in 5 minutes. Devasted any chances SA had of winning. Just like Lakers/Kings game 6.

So OP, you and the other worthless trolls really aren't making anyone feel bad. The Spurs didn't choke, Stern and his refs decided the outcome for the players. Therefore the lame little statistical anomally you're bragging about means nothing since it's artificial.
