I love basketball and I love classical music. There has got to be some as well. Or maybe I'm just a confused individual. Don't get me wrong. I listen to many types of music. But for serious listening, I think classical is the most intellectual.

Are you asking if NBA players listen--or if anyone here listens?

It like every other kind of music has it's uniqueness. What's.."it's so intellectual" about it and who listens to music looking for intellect?

son maybe some of the foreign players do, but most NBA players would be working at Burger King or sitting in a prison cell if they couldn't play basketball so I highly doubt it.

Take music theory and you would understand some of the things that these composers think of. Very complex music.

What is the goal of all music? It is to set a mood....right?

Yeah it does that as well. Just a more complicated process to that mood.

Classical music is excellent. I feel that jazz is more intellectual though. Jazz and classical are definitely the most complex types of music. Even though their complexity is so different from one another.
