I am impressed with that guys performance forecast for draft picks. His rankings seem to be much closer than the ESPN ones as far how they actually turn out.

"The Spurs knew something (they always know something) (http://wagesofwins.com/2012/04/11/how-the-san-antonio-spurs-are-moneyballing-the-nba/) . The Spurs trading away a late first rounder (where they typically kill it) to get rid of Richard Jefferson (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1106336-spurs-trade-richard-jefferson-to-warriors-stephen-jackson-headed-to-san-antonio) should have been a clear sign. There are 18 players getting the approval of the draft model, 10 of them are either available in round 2 or as undrafted players. Any takers on at least a few winding up in San Antonio?"

Quality players can be found anywhere. Superstars are lottery picks, yes, but when you're not looking for a long term franchise player...
