My only question is, while you where having sex, where you chanting "Go Spurs Go", or where you chanting, "Fuck you Chauncey, I'm Bowen, and you're my Bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I am so damn worn out. I cheered more in Game 7 then the rest of the season combined. I cheered so much that now I lost my voice and I can barely hear.

Oh well.

It was worth it.

Hell yes.

I'm tired of staying up late for the last 3 games. It was worth it. I had an important interview on wed and still stayed up late tue even though I switched to the 7am-3pm shift at my current job.

I'm probably not as tired as those that partied last nite.

"These last three games have literally taken years off my life"

What about Games3 and 4? That was such deep, black horrible hole, filled with haunting boogie men from May 04, I couldn't see how we'd ever get out.

The Better Team Always Wins a 7-game Series...

but man, Spurs were JUST better enough. It's so weird, I don't remember the Spurs playing as well and as smooth as the Pistons, but they still found a way to win.

I think the Championship game was a perfect example of the Spurs defense holding the fort, esp late in the game, while the offense, not really at the same level, scored just enough to win.

I'm spent....I think I've slept 4 hours in the last 2 nights. I spent all night last night partying and the night before last too tense to sleep. I can sleep during the offseason I suppose.

Nevermind.

Time to wait for the paper.

It's 6:30AM and about to go to bed. Have to be up early for the Kori Ellis Roundtable.

When the parade is over I'm going to sleep until the draft.

As if it wasn't punishment enough, we're 1 or 2 hours ahead of you guys.

8am work comes 1-2 hours faster.

Not fair, not fair. I'm taking your Red Bull idea by the way, and picking up a 6 pack on the way to work.

TYPICAL. A MICHIGANDER DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK TO SEE WHAT TIME ZONE HIS OPPONENTS' TEAM OPERATES ON. NO WONDER YOU LOST.

I'm soooo tired. I agreed to go in earlier today at 7:30. What was I thinking!?! :bang I went to bed at 3 and woke up at 6 am. I need all the caffeine I can get. I haven't been able to sleep all this week either or the whole series for that matter. My fingers hurt from so much cheering and biting from nerves. I still feel naseous this morning. But it was all worth it! I'm gonna miss watching bball for awhile but glad to get some rest finally.

Man, I can't believe this season is over. This one has been so special. This team played their asses off the entire season and always looked hungry. Duncan's injury robbed us of the 64-18 season I predicted (Spurs were already 80% of the way to a 63 win season at 50-15), but it made our role players better.

- Manu owning Miami, and the three off his own missed ft
- The first time beating Iverson in Philly in years
- Tim Duncan's facial on Ben Wallace
- The 17 point fourth quarter comeback in Phoenix, and Manu's 48
- Tim Duncan's gamewinner in Cleveland
- Bruce Bowen making Carter look like even more of a pussy in Jersey
- Rob's game-winning three in 2OT in Staples and then TP's 2OT gamewinner the next night in Oakland to end their 9-game win streak, both without Tim (and no Manu in Oakland either)
- The Spurs pulling together to beat a scorching hot Rockets team on ABC with Tim in street clothes
- Brent Barry's gamewinner vs the Lakers
- The blowout of Denver in game 2
- Manu getting booed everytime he touched the ball in Denver, and responding with 32 off the bench in game 3.
- Rob's steal and three in game 3 in Denver
- Manu's assist to Tim with 0.5 left to win the series in Seattle
- Brent Barry's 21 in game 1 of the WCF
- The Spurs 15 points in the first 2-3 minutes of game 3 of the WCF
- Erasing 17-4 to take game 1 of the Finals
- Manu's 27 points on like 8 shots in game 2 vs Detroit
- The Father's Day Dagger and The Dunk
- The best 4th quarter the team has played since game 6 of the 2003 Finals to clinch title #3

Man, it's over. I already miss the season.
