With a few high profile signings and trades, I figure it's as good a time as any to take the pulse of ST fans.

Personally, resigning KG and singing JET are great moves. If we can resign Allen, Bass and Pietrus, I'll be even happier.

Lamar is in a better mindstate and ready to be a beast coming off the bench... plus we didn't just give up a ton of draft picks for a soon to be 39-year-old point guard who doesn't play defense... not bad, tbh...

We still need 4 eyes at the PG position

Signed Dragic - 4 years / $30 mil
Signed Beasley - 3 years / $18 mil
Signed and traded Nash to Lakers in exchanged for 4 draft picks and $3 mil
Had Eric Gordon commit to max contract (4 years / $58 mil), New Orleans might throw a wrench in that, though

The Suns have pursued three free agents and obtained them all. I'm completely satisfied with our moves this offseason, with the exception of Nash putting on the purple and gold. Buuuut, we got a great package in return, so I can live with it.

B+. Nash is still great. Our starters should be humming all year. But what about our bench? I wish Sessions would return so Blake's not backing up Nash. I wish Hill was the first big subbing for Bynum or Gasol. We also need a sniper off the bench.

I don't thing MK is done yet though. ;)

Did a great job getting rid of Ariza's and Okafor's contract for nothing.

Anthony Davis was the consensus number one pick.

Loved the Darius Miller draft pick.

Hated the Austin Rivers pick.

Basically an 8/10 this offseason.

Not sure what's gonna happen with Gordon.

I'll give it a B+. Reason it's not an A- or better is because they didn't draft Henson.

if we could end up signing hibert i'd be pretty happy, hibert + someone else wouldn't be a bad plan B imho

should've known the triple D ain't ever happening in the first place, niggas are bitchmade and we should know they were bound to choose $ over rings. they picked up the options which could bring them the biggest $ possible, instead of joining a team where they get paid less but will win loads of rings all together

Hate hate hate Beasley signing. Would rather play with four dudes then have Beasley on the floor.

Hate Nash to LA trade.

We got 4 draft picks for a player who wasn't even on our fucking team. Outside of the emotional response to Nash playing for ever Lakers there is no negative here. Overly emotional children need to shut the hell up.

Kinda on the fence about the Nash acquisition--was trying to converse on the phone but got bombed by text messages and updates--but one thing is for certain; I won't miss this newly crafted soap opera. Will Kobe and Nash co-exist? Will Pau be in the PnG at the end of next year? Will Kid Bynum be manning the center and/or creating havoc as a pick-n-roll target of Nash or will there be someone else taking his spot. Regardless of what transpires from here on out, at least there will be an interesting twosome of tales going on in L.A.

to teams that have missed out on deron or other targets they craved: don't waste your $ on stupid signings. better sign some vet to a 1yr deal or trade for some expiring contract like TC in 10' summer, so you can still compete while keeping financial flexibility, rather than get stuck with long/shitty contracts that would tamper with your franchise for many years

I'd give the Jazz 8/10 so far. Nice find with Kevin Murphy in the draft and a couple solid moves. Mo Williams is an upgrade at PG and Marvin Williams will probably start at the 3, moving Hayward to the 2 which gives us a bigger, more athletic lineup. I don't think we're done yet either. We still have the full MLE and I have a feeling we're gonna try and move Millsap or Jefferson.

like the Nash deal .... Lakers lost so many games because the just couldn't score. They'd hold a team to 77-85 points and lose ......... totally unacceptable. Plus anything's better than the shit we've had at point guard. If Nash can get 10 assists a game with Dudley, Hill and Gortat, he should do wonders with Bryant, Gasol and Bynum. Hopefully they can fix that God awful bench ......
