Romario – Brazil's Olympic squad is shit (http://www.sambafoot.com/en/news/33124_romario_____brazil_s_olympic_squad_is_sh_t.h tml)

Seleção coach Mano Menezes handed the three slots allocated for players over the age of 23 to AC Milan centre-back Thiago Silva, Real Madrid left-back Marcelo and Porto forward Hulk, but Romario believes they should have been used for players with more international experience.

''It's shit. Nothing against the over-23's who were selected, but this should have gone to players who are more experienced,'' the former Barcelona forward explained to reporters.

''I'm not the coach, but I disagree with this selection. I would take three defenders over the age of 23.

''Hulk is a good player and has a big future, but he is a player for the 2014 World Cup, not the Olympics. We have too many players over the age of 23. We should have taken a player who commands respect.''

Romario clearly wants a spot on that team, the goals from weekend games at the favela with the homies aren't enough.

He's climbing the all time goal leaderboads by any means necessary :lol
