It seems that Spurs are playing their Cards close to their Chest.
Diaw played amazing in the playoffs even though he was outsized. Diaw would be even better with a training camp for conditioning and learning the system. However, We have not heard of a number or any team going after him.
There are other free agents outside of Camby and Lewis of great size and skill yet the Spurs seem to be falling further and further into the Background.
I know that the Spurs are doing their due diligence and when july 11th gets here- it appears we may see some fireworks.

Either we see fireworks or we see nothing, too many times we have seen little or one little signing or two and how they were close to getting someone but it falls through.

Fireworks are unlikely. Maybe a sparkler and a bottle rocket.

If we get both I hope Bonner is attached.

I will not let myself belive Blair an Bonner will be in training camp for the next yr. I'd take Blair because he does play hard an can pass well. I also won't let myself belive Pop is putting his trust in Splitter as the only other big on the roster. I refuse to believe so.

Blair is likely gone but I'd bet Bonner is on the team. If Pop doesn't have a stretch 4, he can't get out of bed in the morning. I'll believe Bonner is a goner when there is a clear replacement.

No point in getting your hopes up about Bonner. Pop loves him and he'll be here as long as possible.

I'll be surprised if we see a sparkler.

I just like watching you guys squirm. It gives me something to do until it's time for the grape harvest to begin.

Not much to tell. They will re-sign Duncan and Diaw. They have been unsuccessful in trying to trade Blair.

Pop used to kid that he'd retire when Tim did; I'm starting to think he's going to wait and retire with BonBon..
