Going for the three-peat! Yeah, baby! :lobt2:

it's funny because it really might happen, and at no point during those 3 years did i ever feel like the spurs were ever a legitimate threat to the trophy. this year was perhaps the only time they even came close to convincing me they had a small shot.

it sucks because my mavs are in a similar spot. hopelessly forever mediocre..

Do laker fans here actually have faith in their team?

A near 40 year old Steve Nash can only do so much

They'll be screaming for Mike Brown's head a week into the season again, tbh...

Circa July, 2010.

37 to be exact, but Nash has much more of an upside than Kidd. Nash can still spot up and dish. Kidd on the other is an Ironman. Has he ever been injured in his career? :wow

to be fair, many spurfan thought they were guaranteed the 2012 chip and were already making threads of spurs vs heat when they were up 2-0 vs okc.

Not much room for either to talk :lol

^ I have to admit that I called the Spurs non-contenders all the way until being up 2-0 against OKC, then flipped... should've stuck to my convictions, tbh...

This guy is bringing some azzhurt attitude into this thread, talking shit to a Mav fan for no reason.

The Spurs are in the same spot as the Mavs this year...unless Bonner an(d) Blair are gone for some more formidable proven talent.

Not asshurt. Just stating what happened this season. The spurs didn't blame their shortcomings on one player. That's all I saw up here on the news during the Lamar fiasco. Pretty lazy of the organization tbh
