I lived through the Ice Age.

I lived through the (just) Robinson Era.

I lived through the time in between. (the time that shall not be named)

We are now living in the Golden Age of Spur Basketball.

Here is to all of us that suffered through the heartbreaks before finally breaking through.

losing a 3-1 lead to the Bullets.

Artis Gilmore taking one dribble too many in the 1983 WCF.

When the Iceman was shipped north.

When Petur Gudmunsson was the starting center.

When we lead the league...in Andersons. (Willie, Michael and Cadillac)

Two years of hell waiting for an Admiral.

Rod Strickland's pass to nowhere.

the meltdown in 91 to Golden State.

The debacle that was the 1995 Western Conference finals. (only now can I forgive Robert Horry! :) )

Having Dominique Wilkins as your first option.

3 titles in 7 years is awesome. We as Spurs fans have been lucky to enjoy this. Any other fan in the league would GLADLY trade places with you in a heartbeat.

Enjoy this Spurs fans.....enjoy the hell out of this.....and let's do it again next year.

FromWayDowntown said it best...this never gets old. Let's make sure it never does!

Somewhere....Angelo Drossos is smiling.

We're getting spoiled now.

Damn. I forgot about the best Spur player ever -- Cadillac "no forehead" Anderson.

:lmao

I have only been a Spurs fan since the Robinson, Elliot, Strickland, etc. etc. days. Do you remember when D.Rob scored 71 points against the Clippers?

Man, I'm 36. You must have been a child during those early years.

I don't really care when people become a fan, as long as their not fare weather fans.
