somewhat surprised batum has yet to have a career ending injury or a spontaneus knee explosion, considering how long he's been playing for the blazers, tbh

Stupid. They'll hate that contract very soon. They should have done a deal, and been rid of him.

Man, they're paying him like he's Kawhi Leonard or something.

The contract actually came out to 4 yrs for 43.5 million. Still high, but 3 million less than what was being reported. It turned out that the NBA disallowed some bonuses that Kahn had put in the contract. LOL Kahn. :lol

Year 1 : 10.7 M
Year 2 : 10.7 M
Year 3 : 10.9 M
Year 4 : 11.2 M
Green has similar production and is paid a fraction of that. Are the blazers really thinking he can be a full-fledged All-Star and not an injury replacement?

I wonder now how Paul Allen feels to have another team "money-whip" one his own players - and then he, and his ego, turn around and feel compelled to match?

Our roster is shaping up nicely. :smokin
We might be a year or two away, but we're definitely on the right path.
