Just a really inefficient spot up shooter with really no other skills tbh. Seems like Spurs love collecting those. Neal with it?

lol sons good ole downtown Devin Brown! I can't lie he brought a lot of joy and laughter to my life when he was with the Hornets. somewhat like Jarrett Jack ... meaning that in reality Devin was nothing more than a glorified D-League player, but in Devin's head he thought he was Dwyane Wade. I can't really hate on Devin much though because the dude did bust his ass when on the floor, but it sure was hilarious watching him fly into the lane and throw the ball up in the air expecting to get a call like D-Wade ... only to be left flat on his ass while the opposing team took the ball and went back down the court.

Devin Brown was a D-League MVP tho....he has the same amount of MVP awards in a reason season league as Kobe!

btw sons while downtown Devin Brown was playing for the Hornets he lived in a shitty hotel a few blocks from the French Quarter. I guess he knew that just like every other team he's been on he would be traded at any given moment, but I was a bit surprised at how low budget of a hotel he chose to stay at.

above-average defender who also provides alot at the offensive end with accurate 3pt shooting, drive-ins, 2nd chance scores etc...

There are people getting fired in front offices across the league for not grabbing Leonard when they had the chance.

Leonard was another draft steal by Spurs, deal with it. I know you'd all be happy to have him kn your team, I smell jealousy there. He will evolve into elite player, he has great work ethics.

Didn't Leonard finish like 4th or 5th in the rookie ladder last year? Yeah, what a shit pick at #15, just getting the 5th best player in that draft 3 times as far down as he probably should've been taken based on performance.

He's an elite defender according to some spurfans :tu

I think you meant to say, "he's a good defender with the potential to become an elite one. . .according to anyone with eyes and a slight modicum of basketball intelligence".

Dude was 20 last year, not 26. Stop acting like he's already in peak form and won't get any better.

Steve Nash was drafted 15th and is one of the few non-lottery picks to be named MVP.

Regular Season MVP's

2000 – 1st Pick (Shaq)
2001 – 1st Pick (Iverson)
2002 – 1st Pick (Duncan)
2003 – 1st Pick (Duncan)
2009 – 1st Pick (Lebron)
2010 – 1st Pick (Lebron)
2011 – 1st Pick (Rose)
2012 – 1st Pick (Lebron)

Amazing that 8 of the last 13 Regular Season MVP's and 7 of the last 14 Finals MVP's were 1st picks. :wow

Not really amazing. . .the first pick is usually a no brainer. The kind where you'd have to be pretty dumb to NOT pick them.

Tbh, I always got annoyed at announcers or especially fans, claiming that teams or front offices were "geniuses" for drafting a good player with one of the top 1-5 picks. I mean jesus, who the fuck should they have taken besides Patrick Ewing, Michael Jordan, Hakeem, Shaq, LeBron, etc? Some random jabroni who was taken at 18?

That's part of why everyone likes to jump on the Thunder. Building up a young, talented roster isn't hard when you get three top 5 picks year after year.

Try building a championship team when you spend year after year at the bottom end of the first round.

Gotta smile when a Knicks fan makes a comment about another teams players. Who on the Knicks compares to what Leonard can do? I think we saw a little more worked into his game in the summer league. Between Leonard and Lin, give me Kawhi anyday. BTW, who was it you drafted in the 2012 draft? KP from Greece. Now who gets your next 1st round pick?

:toast :lmao

Of course you'd say Leonard looked decent last year. He plays for an average, mediocre overrated team. Spurs are a garbage team that are just boring, acting like a blocked shot here or there makes Kawhi Leonard "All World". But spurfans just doing what spurfans do best, overrate and knobslob.

Obvious troll is obvious.

If I thought you were really a Knick fan, I would be laughing my fucking ass off at Knick fan accusing Spur fan of calling another team mediocre and overrated or overrating his own players. Find another team to fake-nutride if you're going to point fingers at Spur fan. :lol
