View Full Version : Biggest Scrub in the NBA?

Of all players in the NBA, who should be dishing out french fries instead of assists?

Bonus points for players who actually average more than 3 mins of gametime per year.

Yeah, but how do you not average at least 1 assist per game with 15mpg? Not to mention all his other stats suck. Was this a PG only thread?

Jamaal Magloire is still in the league with Toronto, racking up 1.2 points a game in 11 minutes on 37% shooting.

On a per-36 basis, that's nearly 4 points a game. :lol

He's also rocking a whopping 26% on free throws. :lol

The best thing he has going for him is that he does pull down 3 rebounds a game, but that's pretty much it.

All of these posts and no mention of Hasheem Thabeet. A guy with no offensive talent, can't defend, horrible rebounder for a 7'3 guy, has the basketball IQ of a brick, the guy has no skill set whatsoever. Not only is Hasheem Thabeet the worst top 5 pick in NBA history, but the worst player in the entire NBA.

I'll go one better than JM. How about Andris Biedrins. 15.7 mins 1.7 pts 3.7 rebs. But he does block a shot when he is on the court. He gets paid a 9,000,000 dollar salary per year for this. That is over 35000 per pt and reb combined. Hell Bonner at least only cost 5500 per pt and reb.

u guys remember chris dudley? the poster child on the end of dunks during the 90s?...cant believe that guy made a career out of that...he earned like 20m for around +10yrs service in the league....pretty good for a scrub

dont have those type of scrubs in the league these days who would do the dirty work at a fraction of the costs

if that asik wanker can get 8m a season for avg 2/1 only....i wonder whats dudleys worth in todays market...

ps. i forgot about rick brunson also, dude was a total scrub who manage to stick around the league, compared to some self entitled wankers today who will come in and play for a few seasons and boot out of the league...

McRoberts is OK when given minutes he is an athlete, he hustles.

Murphy is a whiteboy who cant shoot. Most teams have whiteboys for shooting or BBall IQ, Murphy has neither. And is a "Power forward" lacking power.

There are bigger scrubs though, and Murphy was decent at one point in time.

Damn. I dont buy heavy in to these stats, but the fact we jettisoned Fisher to give more minutes to Blake speaks volumes on why I maintained the Lakers were NOT legit contenders in 2012
