View Full Version : Who Are the Biggest Homer Posters on ST?

We all wish the best for our respective teams and would like to think they have a shot at the playoffs each and every year, but some fans are so rabid and unrealistic they fall into the category of "homer" meaning so vehemently positive they exceed all bounds of reason and make you want to slap them upside the head. That said, who are the biggest Homers on ST in your opinion?

I think it goes without saying that no GNSF is not a homer.

If it wasn't for Felton they would have been. We shouldn't have signed a fatass to be our point guard.

How excited were you when the Blazers selected Oden over Durant?

spursfans are never homers...we are very realistic in saying we will win the championship... but often seem to look like homers, because our team gets skrewed by the refs and stern so many seasons.

Passing on Jordan was obviously sheer idiocy. The Durant thing is not as egregious as virtually every other GM in the league would have done the same thing. We just happened to be cursed with the #1 pick that year.

Oden had injury flags up the wahoo, Blazers had a notoriously bad medical staff. Match made in heaven :lol

Self admitted homer here! Proud of it too!

I say the Lakers will be in the finals every year and I am right half the time. Nobody can touch that! :)

17 happening this year! :bang

if you want to expect something good for you team, don't your team need to make the playoffs at the VERY least?

Big props to you my friend for owning your homerism to some extent. The worst homers are those who don't realize they're biased.

There are also the extremist Anti-Homers on this site who are generally nice guys but too insecure about their respective teams tbh. Anti-Homers need to start being more positive and believing in the pluses on their teams. These characters believe they are realists, but are really just extreme pessimists who would have a stroke if their team ever started to dominate.

Kool with the Kobe religion tbh. Kobe can't do no wrong in his eyes.
History now, but 'Seppe was a true Laker Taliban too.
