I can give you Manu/Tony being a wash and Scola being the third best player on either roster (with Noah out).

But after that, France has a clear advantage in depth and talent.

With Nocioni being all fucked up physically and past his prime, Argentina has bassically 4 World class players (Manu, Scola, Prigioni, Delfino) and a bunch of scrubs that try to help. Argentina has rotation players that play in "La liga Nacional de basquet" (a fourth or fifth level league) like Campazzo and the two Gutierrez.

France on the other hand has like 6 or 7 NBA level players.
