There are so many other stories, $10Bs of fines, penalties, and compensation paid by BigPharma and BigMedicalDevices over the decades that the working assumption, iow, guilty until proven innocent, is that FDA is nothing but a captured, corrupted marketing/enforcement division of the corporations.
There's no way to correct and purify FDA and other govt regulators from corporate corruption, since the corporations also own the Exec and the Legislature.
iow, America is a corporatocracy/keptocratic plutocracy owned and operated by the UCA and 1% to increase their wealth.
