Has this site peaked already? When? If so, can it peak once more in the future?

Do you think spurstalk as a site will slowly lose it's members as the site ages? Or do you think members will continue to make it the badass place it is?

It's prime was 07-08 before the troll forum had a password and the ability to create trolls was neutered

tbh, there was a renaissance with the Nazi trolls which coincided with the narutoluva days, but then Hemann got butthurt and ruined it for everyone...

Things will pick up when the relevant teams rebuild and get back into serious contention

Only three teams really matter in this board. The Spurs, the Mavs and the Lakers.

one of the biggest concerns with this site is the old legends all seem pretty loath/reluctant to post these days for some odd reason, especially mavs fans who could drop 10+ posts a day back in the day seemed to have disappeared since the mavs championship win, which was supposed to boost the mavs fans posting but ended up doing the opposite

im not sure by what standards a sports forum can be labelled as a success or a fan favorite, but it's definitely a great place for hangouts when you don't get banned for talking trash or shitting the franchise that has the most fans. there ain't that many forums like what spurstalk used to be tbh

Spurstalk is like a fine wine, it gets better with age
