watching Jim Rome is burning.

Rome, big time propping the Spurs, and all that.


Of course panelists come on his show, and now say Duncan's legacy is tarnished, the Spurs are boring, they are not one of the best franchises BECAUSE of this. THe referees were horrible and handed it to them.

Tom Friend saying this BTW....

Id like to know something, the talk is always said

"Win a ring, and you GET your respect"

Where is the Spur's respect???

Props to Rome for calling the Spurs in 7 ... before it all started. Then giving a classy show today at least for his comments.

They don't get respect though.. look at BEEPing CNN and CNNSI.com bastards.. no front page mention and then a little corner box on SI's web..

Thats what I was doing, and I got the idea from kori when she was predicting the Nuggets would win, but told me later on it was reverse psychology and that the Spurs had it all wrapped up.
