Seemed to be not well taken by a multimoderator. The thread was locked after only a couple days. When i referenced this article years later, -boom banned.

I vaguely recall the conversation you're talking about. It was pretty recent, all things considered, and came after at least a couple years of us both participating in threads in The Club, frequently ending up on opposite sides of whatever was being argued in a given thread. Whatever the insult was, and however surprised you apparently were to have read it, you and I had already been aware of each other as posters for quite a while by the time it was written.

Pretty accurate - except that it should be pointed out - that even if we were aware of the others presence - no direct insults had been slung - until that one.

The reason I brought it up is not because of any hurt - but because this wtf feeling you described to skull is exactly my wtf feeling for the first couple of years for me.
