Nah. It's actually pretty true. The Apollo mission conspiracy thread is the only one I can think of that's managed to be largely self sustaining for so long. Otherwise people frequently pop up and annoy everyone, people make fun of it for a while, then it gets less amusing, and everything fizzles out.
