With Mohammad playing so well in the playoffs, it is obvious that he is the better player in cruntch time. However, with one more year on his contract, Mohommad will probably be gone after 2006, unless we trade Rasho in this offseason. Or do we keep Rasho for another year and then trade him the next offseason. And what if nobody wants him?

He will stay

He is not safe by any means. It's up to the R.C., Pop and Timmy.

EDIT ADD: Only safe people are Tim, Manu, TP, Horry and Bowen...

Everyone else is fair game...

Or do we keep Rasho for another year and then trade him the next offseason. The most likely course of action if Mohammed isn't inked to an extension.
And what if nobody wants him?Highly unlikely. A decent seven footer with a decent contract will always be in demand. The rub is what will be offerred for him.

Malik for Rasho. Salaries match and NY needs a center.

Cruntch time? Nazr in cruntch time? Niether Rasho nor Mohamed are cruntch time players (yet). That is way we have Horry!

this team was 1 quarter away from being the biggest choking bitches in the history of the nba finals.

1 quarter that wouldn't have changed with 6'3" Malik Rose getting his shit stuffed by 'Sheed and BWallace.

If Malik were here he still would have been on the bench watching Robert Horry do his thing, whether you like it or not.

thanks to nazr's disappearing act the spurs were 1 quarter away from becoming the laughingstock of the nba.

Nazr's disappearing act? The whole team disappeared in games 3,4, and 6. :lol

I'm still not sure how your boy Rose getting DNP-CDs would have helped us, but I guess everyone needs a good towel wave from the bench now and then.

You say I don't know shit about basketball, and then you try and say our collapse would have been due to Nazr? That's some good shit you're smoking! Colombia's finest, no doubt.

Mohammad was huge in the playoffs, sides the finals.

:lol Nazr was great in Game 1 and 2. Then Detroit decided to take him out of the equation by sicking Ben Wallace on him, and play Tim straight up with 'Sheed.

THere's worst crimes than getting shut down by someone like Ben.

I think Rasho will make through the offseason. But once the season starts and if Nazr does well enough, they will move him. His contract is just too big for 9th or 10th guy off the bench.

Hopfully, the player that the Spurs trade for has an expiring contract.

Horry For 3!

Yeah, Devin might be a safe bet also but not sure. I'm pretty sure Devin will be back though.

I'd don't think Devin will go anywhere, he is Pop's little project. I think he will resign for decent cash. I don't know how many offers he will be getting after sitting out the last 3-4 months of the season.
