Neither the 300K number nor the 4.5MM number is subjectively accurate number... 4.5MM only counts from the lowest point (2010), and 300K takes into account jobs lost in the infancy of the Obama administration.

I rarely pay much attention to soundbyte stats.

I think it's funny how Obama is praised like he is Batman over jobs and the unemployment rate. People forget that the unemployment rate is basically the same as when he first became president and that there are more unemployed people than there were when he became president too.
