I started lifting at 15 for football, have never stopped. Football and track I've been into all my life, it's simply always there. Started writing poetry as a kid, just flows. Grew up in a house full of females, learned early on how to survive.

Out of HS-Navy, then sold insurance for a few years then got into a union, had a couple different jobs but in that same union. Now it's savings, pension, SS, wife works. Yep, retired.
